2. We will soak 5 types of dal in water for 10 minutes.

5. Then cover the pressure cooker and wait for 5-6 whistles in low flame.

6. After 6 whistles the dal is ready.

7. To make baati, we have to add 1.5 cup of wheat flour in a bowl.

8. Add ½ cup sooji/rava

9. Then add 1 tbsp salt and ½ tbsp baking soda.

10. Add ½ carom seeds and 3 tbsp of ghee. Don’t use oil use only ghee.

11. After mix it well all together and make a dough. Leave the dough for 15 minutes after 15 minutes knead the dough again once more.

12. Then take some dough and make into a round shape medium size ball by hand.

13. After we put the pressure cooker in the oven and heat it on medium flame for 5-6 minutes. Then will put the Bati container in the pressure cooker and then put the lid of pressure cooker, heat it for 20 minutes.

14. After 20 minutes open the lid of the pressure cooker and the bati once with a spoon to bake the other side well.

15. To make churma, take the 3 bati together in the mixture blender and mix it well.

16. Then heat a frying pan and add 2 tbsp of ghee in it.

17. Add 1 tbsp edible gum and fry them well.

18. Then add bati chura, crushed nuts powder then add 1 tbsp ghee and stir them well for 1-2 minutes.
