- 1 Bowl
- 1 Saucepan

Ingredients
For making potato triangle snacks recipe's potato dough
- 3-4 Piece Potato Medium size
- 2 Tbsp Coriander leaves
- ½ Tbsp Chilli flakes
- ½ Tbsp Oregano
- ½ Tbsp Black pepper powder
- ½ Tbsp Salt
- 3 Tbsp Mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp Corn flour
For coating
- 10 Gram VERMICELLI
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 2 Tbsp Corn flour
- ¼ Tbsp Salt
- ¼ Tbsp Black pepper Powder
- ¼ Cup Water
Instructions
Potato Triangle Snacks Recipe Step by Step
- 1st for making potato triangle snacks recipe, we will take 3-4 medium sized potatoes and cut the potatoes into 4 pieces.
- Boil the potatoes completely in a saucepan.
- When the potatoes are boiled perfectly, remove the potatoes from the saucepan help of spider spatula and let them cool for 5 minutes , then we will peel the potatoes skin.
- When the potatoes peeled well, we will use our hand to mash the boiled potatoes for making potatoes dough.
- We will then add 2 tbsp of coriander leaves, ½ tbsp chilli flakes, ½ tbsp oregano, ½ tbsp black pepper powder, ½ tbsp salt, 3 tbsp mozilla cheese, 2 tbsp conflower and knead them well together by hand.
- Then take some mixture from the dough.
- Apply a little oil in your hand and roll the mixture and cut it into triangles shape.
For coating
- Take vermicelli in a plate and break into pieces.
- In a bowl take 2 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp corn flour, ¼ tbsp salt, ¼ tbsp black pepper, ¼ cup water.
- Mix them all together with a help of a spoon.
- Then dip the triangle shape potato in cornflour mixture.
- After dip in cornflour mixture, coated it through vermicelli. After doing with all, we take them on a plate and keep them in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes take it out from the fridge and heat the oil in frying pan on medium heat then fry them.
- Frying them until their color turn in brown, when their color turn in brown remove them from frying pan, and serve hot in a plate.

- Before creating the nuggets, boil the potatoes with the skin on for the first hour. Leaving the peels on prevents water from entering the potatoes and keeps moisture within. In this manner, the potatoes will be dry when cooked and ready to peel.
