Tomato Ketchup – 1 tbsp

Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Dried Fenugreek Leaves
Tomatoes – 1/2 cup
Capsicum – 1/2 cup
Onion Petals – 1/2 cup
Red Bell Peppers – 1/4 cup
Paneer – 250 gms
Coriander Leaves

Making Paneer Khurchan Recipe Step by Step with photo:

1. Start with today’s delicious Paneer recipe. Paneer Khurchan. Take a Kadhai or Pan. Turn on the gas and pour oil into the Kadhai.

2. After the oil warms up, I’ll add Cumin Seeds. Add Carom Seeds.

3. After the oil warms up, I’ll add Cumin Seeds. Add Carom Seeds.

4. Once the carom seeds crackle, we’ll add chopped Onions.0:45A pinch of Salt

5. When the onions will turn slightly golden brown, after that, we’ll add in Ginger-Garlic paste. For 30 secs, we’ll saute it so that the raw smell from the ginger-garlic disappears.

6. After that, slit Green Chillies. Pour in the tomato ketchup. Pour little water.

7. After we pour the water, we’ll cook this a little. I’ll sim the gas and add Dried Red Chillies which are red chilies that are dried. I’ve deseeded them.

8. Now, time to add the powdered spices. Red Chilli Powder,Turmeric Powder Coriander Powder, and Cumin Powder. Garam Masala. Dried Fenugreek Leaves crushed by hands. We’ll mix all these things.

9. Now quickly add whatever vegetables are available at home. Slice, chop, and add them in. Slice, chop, and add them in. First, I’ll add Tomato. Deseeded and sliced Capsicum.
