Making chicken quesadilla step by step

1. 1st take 350 grams of chicken in a bowl, the chicken should be cut into small pieces.

2. Then add 1 tbsp garlic paste, soya sauce 2 tbsp, vinegar 1 tbsp, chili sauce 1 tbsp, salt to taste, 1 tbsp red chili crushed, paprika powder 1 tbsp, back paper crushed, tarragon herbs, 1/4 tbsp oregano, then mix everything very well.

3. After mixing leave it for 30 minutes for marination.

4. Then take a frying pan and add 2-3 tbsp cooking oil and heat it on high flame, after adding the marinated chicken in it. Cook the chicken on high flame for 2 minutes.

5. After when the chicken cook well add 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce and 2-3 tbsp tomato sauce and mix it well.

6. For further mixing add 1/4 cup capsicum, 1/4 cup tomato seedless, and 1/4 cup onion, and mix together everything well and cook it on a high flame for 2 minutes.

7. After completing the chicken, take a tortilla and fill it with cheese and chicken.

8. Then take a tawa grease with oil and fry the cheese and chicken filling tortilla until turns golden brown on both sides.
