Ingredients
- 250 gm Boneless Chicken
- 1 teaspoon Lemon
- 3 teaspoon Curd
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
- 1.5 teaspoon Garlics Paste
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Chopped
- 25 pieces Curry Leaves
- ½ teaspoon Salt You can add salt as per your taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriender Powder
- ½ teasppoon Sshahi Garam Masala
- 2 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1 piece Egg
- 3 teaspoon Rice Flour
- 1 teaspoon Corn Flour
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 3-4 pieces Green Chilli
- 2 pieces Dry Red Chilli
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Tomato sauce
Instructions
Marinate Chicken
- Wash all the boneless chicken and keep in a bowl. Make sure all chicken pieces are almot same size.
- Add 1 teaspoon lemon. Then mix it well and wait for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minute add 3 teaspoon of curd, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1.5 teaspoon garlic paste, some chopped curry leaves for south indian taste, salt as your taste, ½ teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon coureander powder, ½ teaspoon shahi garam masala, 2 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder for chicken 65 red color, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 piece egg. Then mix all of it very well. Then keep it for 20 minutes minimum to marinate chicken.
Fry Chicken
- After marinate the chicken, add 3 teaspoon rice flour and 1 teaspoon corn flour to make chicken 65 crishpy. Then mix it again.
- Fry the chicken pieces in low flame. Then take the fried chicken and put it in a bowl.
- After that fry 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon garlic chopped, 3-4 pieces of green chili, 2 pieces of dry red chili and 15-20 pieces of curry leaves.
- Then add 1 teaspoon red chili sauce and 1 teaspoon tomato sauce in it and mix on high flame.
- After frying 2 minutes add previously fried chicken pieces and mix very well on high flame.
- Then your chicken 65 is ready to serve. Enoy!!
