1.First, transfer the prepared paneer to a big kadai and cut it up. 2.Sauté on low heat until paneer loses its moisture. 3.Roast the paneer with 1 tablespoon ghee until the colour changes.

4.Add 6 tbsp of sugar and 1 tbsp of milk at this time. Mix well. 5.When the sugar melts, continue sautéing on a low to medium temperature. 6.Sauté the mixture more until it turns brown. 7. Add a tablespoon of milk as soon as the milk begins to dry out.

8. Sauté the mixture more until golden brown. 9. Blend the ingredients after cooling it. 10.Without adding milk or water, mix until a fine powder is obtained.

11. – Add 3 tbsp of milk to the powdered mixture before returning it to the kadai. 12. Sauté the mixture more until it turns a deep golden brown. 13. – If the mixture starts to dry out or burn, add milk to stop it.

14. – now stir in 1/4 tsp of the cardamom powder. Allow to gently cool. 15. – Create a peda in the desired form or cylindrical roll. 16. – evenly roll in castor sugar coating.
