2. Then we will add a spoonful of ghee to it and the ghee we don’t need to melt we will add it at normal room temperature and beat it together well with a hand mixer.

3. So we beat the ghee and butter well here you can beat this mixture by hand if you don’t have a hand mixer but if you do it by hand it may take a lot of time. We have to take care that this mixture completely bursts and turns into a creamy texture.

4. Then we will add half a cup of powdered sugar to it. If you don’t have powdered sugar, you can take powdered normal sugar and then add it because if it is powdered, it will be easier to mix.

5. After the butter ghee and sugar paste is mixed we will mix one flour, 1 spoon of cocoa powder, 1 spoon of baking soda and one spoon of milk. The use of milk here gives a lattice texture to the cookies which makes it more crispy to eat.

6. After adding everything we mix them well with a spoon and use new hand to make dough.

7. We will take a small portion of the dough and press it with our hands. If it is too dry then add ghee and if it is too wet then add some flour.

8. After leave the dough for 3-4 minutes and grease a cake tin with 1tbap ghee

9. Then take the kadhai and heat it on a medium flame and put a stand inside a kadhai. Let it heat for 10 minutes.

10. After that take a small dough ball and roll it through in your hand also u can make it cookie cutter..

11. Gearnish the cookies with choco chips.

12. Then transfer the cookies to the kadhai and bake them for 15-20 minutes.
